Our file upload wizard can accept files of up to 50MB. If the file exceeds this size, please send it to us by any of the free file-sharing services, like Google Docs, Dropbox, Webtransfer, Hightail, etc. and then send us the download link, or contact us at email@example.com and ask for our help. We will explain how to upload your file directly to our ftp site.
After you place your order, your document is reviewed and a translator with relevant expertise starts working on your order. The work is then double checked for accuracy and the final product is sent to you in an email.
A certified translation is a translation accompanied by a signed statement from LingoProf, which attests to the thoroughness and accuracy of the translation, but not the validity of the original document.
We do send an email for order confirmation, however in some cases it may end up in your Junk folder. Please make sure you check your Junk folder and add "firstname.lastname@example.org" into Safe Senders to avoid future delays.
At the top right corner, there is a link to track your order. On click of that link, a pop-up will be launched. Enter your order number or email address there, and the system will display the latest status of your order.
Revisions are as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Just request your correction by responding to the same email you received your order within 5 days.
2. Your support representative will quickly pass the request along to the same translator that worked on your order, and your translator will be happy to make your revisions promptly.
3. The support rep will deliver these back to you as soon as they receive them.
We show as much information as we receive from your customer’s bank about a decline in the order history. Most declines are generic, so we don’t have much information as to why a charge was declined. If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to have your customer contact his or her bank, inquire for more information, and ask for future charges to be accepted.
