A professional translator will translate your document.
Our file upload wizard can accept files of up to 50MB. If the file exceeds this size, please send it to us by any of the free file-sharing services, like Google Docs, Dropbox, Webtransfer, Hightail, etc. and then send us the download link, or contact us at support@lingoprof.com and ask for our help. We will explain how to upload your file directly to our ftp site.
After you place your order, your document is reviewed and a translator with relevant expertise starts working on your order. The work is then double checked for accuracy and the final product is sent to you in an email.
After the translation process is completed, we deliver the documents via email for quickness. If you would like us to mail your translations, please contact us to discuss available options.

A certified translation is a translation accompanied by a signed statement from LingoProf, which attests to the thoroughness and accuracy of the translation, but not the validity of the original document.

USCIS stands for US Citizenship and Immigration Services. It is part of the Department of Homeland Security, and used to be called the INS. USCIS processes green card and visa applications.
We've completed many translations for immigration purposes before and our certification for translation accuracy is accepted by USCIS.
It depends on the language and page count. Most of our translations are delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
We do send an email for order confirmation, however in some cases it may end up in your Junk folder. Please make sure you check your Junk folder and add "support@lingoprof.com" into Safe Senders to avoid future delays.
At the top right corner, there is a link to track your order. On click of that link, a pop-up will be launched. Enter your order number or email address there, and the system will display the latest status of your order.
Link for your receipt is included in the confirmation email sent to you. If you have additional questions about your receipt, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Revisions are as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Just request your correction by responding to the same email you received your order within 5 days.
2. Your support representative will quickly pass the request along to the same translator that worked on your order, and your translator will be happy to make your revisions promptly.
3. The support rep will deliver these back to you as soon as they receive them.
We show as much information as we receive from your customer’s bank about a decline in the order history. Most declines are generic, so we don’t have much information as to why a charge was declined. If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to have your customer contact his or her bank, inquire for more information, and ask for future charges to be accepted.
